- 1) We don?t have COVID-19 under control 2) New infections mean new chances for mutations 3) COVID may be mutating towards vaccine resistance 4) Locking down would slow the spread while we ramp up vaccinations SO WHY IS THE PARKING CLERKS OFFICE STILL FULLY STAFFED while all of the other departments in city hall are taking precautions not to endanger their employees? EMME HANDY can?t approve ONE DEPARTMENT or the people in charge waiting for some to die of Covid before you act?!
