- Please issue to Mr Cardarelli, or someone that can get this over to Water & Sewer, as a high priority. Sewer frame and cover was destroyed during last snow storm. Theres approximately seven open case for this. Not sure why thier not replacing this. Put a heavy barrel on it this morning. Dangerous to pedestrian and vehicles. Thanks much.
