Description
Empire restaurant blocks off a good 6-8 parking spots in front of their restaurant in seaport. I pickup takeout from nearby a couple times a week. I'm supposed to be able to park in front of Empire but they set up their own barriers to prevent the right of way that short term parkers have. They do this frequently.
