Resolved | Checked out the area and found no "Telephone Pole," or any stray voltage. More information is needed from Eversource, to trace any voltage issues. The closest thing to a telephone pole, is the DAS unit on Arlington St at Park Plaza. No stray voltage found at this time. WL, HT, EP.
