Description
This new accessible ramp is not compliant. The dome panel needs to align with the edge of the roadway, regardless of whether it would create an apex ramp. Someone with a cane coming down the Thornley St sidewalk could easily miss the panel and walk into the street. The ADA is clear on how these need to be designed.
