- Hello BTD & Parks Dept. Can you please help with tree branches that block some posted signs on Grotto Glen Road in JP ? Neighbors have complained about groups in parked cars that party late at night and cause loud disturbances. The Tow Zone signs are very hard to see, as they are now, especially at night. Can you please remove the tree branches so that the signs are clear ? Any help is appreciated. Thank you -- Sgt.
