- So here I'm sending a picture of my handicap plaque in my car it's obvious that it was in my car Before they put $120 ticket in my car when I called earlier when somebody was here so someone could let me know who do I need to speak to because this is my parking I'm handicap and I have my sticker in my window where it belongs If they would've came four hours earlier then they would've seen the person that was part to weather supposed to be parked here
