- Parking lot behind 55-59 west 7th structure being built for outdoor spin studio... right next to residential housing. Very disruptive and disrespectful to residents in area. We were not informed of this structure being built, I see no permits for a business operating from here. Oh yeah and it's 8:45 pm. New construction hours?
