- Continuous noise coming from the building located on the fire escape in the rear of the building which faces my bedroom across the way. Real Estate Management & Investment runs this building. I have spoken to them and told me the would address the problem but the noise still continues. I have to get up early in the morning to go to work and this problem is getting worse.
