- Constituent reports Neighbor Downspout needs to be re positioned, becasue of this matter all of the snow we go the water dripped all over infront of neighbos sidewalk. States he is having a really hard time breaking up the ice. Is requesting for some help with salting, States he is on his third bag of salt and it not helping at all. he does not want anyone to get hurt. |
