- Under what regulation can a person obtain a new "temporary parking permit" every month (for at leat 6 months) with a different car and different out-of-state registration? The Parking Clerk's office refused to investigate to answer because there are 10 permits at the address where the driver seems to live and that was "too many for her to investigate." Meanwhile, owners cannot park here because the few spaces we have are taken by others with fake addresses. Please explain both permits&addresses.
