- Across the street from 88 Harold St, inside Horatio Harris Park, up on top of the highest rocks -- there is a meth tent encampment starting. There is a mattress, a chair, a small tent, a moving dolly, and many many needles with alcohol containers strewn around. We submitted this to 311 yesterday but it was closed out this morning without any of the trash or needles being picked up / the job was not fixed. So, we are re-submitting with the hopes someone will come help. There are children
