Description: The only ?No Turn On Red? sign at the northbound intersection of Leo M Birmingham Parkway and Western Ave is a full car length behind the stop line for the intersection. Many cars stop briefly at the line, which is beyond the ?no turn on red? sign, and then continue right on red.
