- Description
- The outdoor parking platform garage I park in is filthy. The property management company of my apartment building does not maintain it. It is covered in Pigeon feces and the Pigeon's literally lay eggs mid air and then the eggs splatter all over the ground. Twice in April my car wouldn't start. This is a fairly new car I maintain frequently. I had to have it towed. Both times, it was because rats had chewed the wires of the starter. First fix was $600, the second fix was $300. The first time they found the deceased rat in the mechanics. The second time it probably ran off. I know this is the city and it will have rats, however the fact that they are coming into our fenced off garage space, and eating the cars means that there's a cleanliness issue. The security guard in our building said he hasn't seen this in the 20 years he's worked here. The property management company is just not focused on maintenance and maintaining a clean parking situation. This will keep happening to both my car and everyone else's until they are forced to get their selves together and pressure wash once a month or send out an exterminator. | Number of Rats: [2] Rat Bites: [No] Rats in House: [No] Rats Outside Property: [Yes]
