Description: The yellow ribbons on these parking cones are an extreme hazard to bikes. The wind blows them into the travel lane and the ribbon wrapped around my handlebars, causing me to crash, injure my arm and hip, destroy my bike helmet, and damage my bike. While I was on the ground another biker stopped and said the same thing happened to them yesterday.
