Proposed: 233R Metropolitan subdivision Appeal Number: BOA1073954; Deferred original 10/27/20 hearing date twice to 6/29/21. The City of Boston has previously requested Abutter input and facilitated a public meeting which was well attended and resulted in UNANIMOUS ABUTTER OPPOSITION from all opinions expressed. Final Decision: On June 29, 2021, ZBA final decision was to refuse a permit to subdivide a lot into a single-family dwelling, Violation of Usable Open Space, Violation of Statute 1956, Chapter 665, Article 67, Section 9; “did not advance sufficient reasons to satisfy the Board that all conditions under which the Board may grant a Variance as specified in Article 7, Section 7-3, of the Zoning Code have been met.
