- Constituent called the office of the parking clerk today at 2:03 pm to speak to a Supervisor regarding a parking ticket that she had gotten. She had questions about the parking ticket and wanted an appeal because this has happened one other time because she can't afford to pay the ticket or not eat for a week. The parking clerk that helped her with this call asked for her violation number and go into an appeal process for a hearing or just pay the whole ticket. The constituent had explained to the clerk that in the past she has spoken to a supervisor and gotten her ticket canceled on the spot to avoid a hearing. The clerk said that there is no higher up and that she is the parking clerk and the constituent wanted to speak to someone else and she said good luck reporting her and hung up the phone on the constituent's face.
