Case Resolved | The rewards card price is 4.90 with the card the price without the card is 4.95 if you do not activate the card online you get 3 cents off if you activate online you get 5 cents off . He needs to activate the card online to receive the 5 cents off he did get the 3 cents off by getting charged 4.92 because 4.95 was the original price. No gas is at 3.90 a gallon. The advertised price with the card is 4.90
