Description
Needle in Franklin Park. Enter the trail at cemetery road and forest hills st. To the left will be a rock ledge. Follow the trail and go left to get near the top. Before you get to the lean-to, there will be a path down the hill. On the right you will see a bag of heroin. A bit further on the right, a few addipaks and a needle
