- I will secure these. Do NOT send DPH Collector Drugs in Franklin Park. On path to Shattuck, by ballfield being used by family. I will remove and secure. We want to make sure all these reports are included in heat map. Just hours ago we had a “not responsive” nearby. I will include this find with other secured items for DPH. Call if needed. (I checked 3 needles because of nature of find.)
