- Uphams Corner parking lot has part of it designated as 2 hour parking limit and a part of it has no limit. I've been living there since 2009 and my cars has resident parking sticker and I was still ticketed. This is after I read that certain parking ticket officer were issuing bogus tickets. The reason I cannot park in the section where there is no 2 hour limit is bc it's overflowing with trash from the homeless encampment that developed there. It's full of trash and the men frequently urinate on the grassy area. At night I don't feel safe parking and exiting the car into a group of men in various states of under influence. Rodent are running rampant bc if the food left behind and lack of trash containers in the parking lot. I have pictures so let me know where to submit them. I should not be appealing wrongly issued parking ticket when lack of space does not allow me to park. In other parts of Boston a resident does not get ticketed when they have their resident parking sticker on their car. |
