Description: Constituent parked on Fenway st and called 311 to verify if street cleaning was canceled for Veterans day. Constituent was told she is allowed to park there because street cleaning was cancelled. Constituent was then towed by the state police. Constituent wanted to make reference to this case and appeal the ticket because of the city & state miscommunication. Constituent had called the state line to appeal the ticket but was told to call city hall instead.
