- No pick up. Will secure/remove for BPHC collector. 1 needle and bloodied gauze.Franklin Park Cemetery Rd stairway. Three new needle covers and only 1 needle, where art the other needles I wonder. To make this 311 report puts me here for 5 to 10 minutes, in a shooting-up spot in the cold and dark. It would be easy just to pick the needle and go, but recording these is helping to understand the use patterns around here. Thanks to BPHC needle collectors!
