- Icy conditions over mass ave bridge. To the left bike lane and road was plowed and salted but not the pedestrian walkway. Elderly and disabled who cannot ride bikes and cannot drive need safe access to the bridges and sidewalks around the city. Each hip fracture for a senior increase mortality rate as much as 50%. Please help protect our most vulnerable population!!
