- Consituent is reporting that when he moved in 9/2022 he reported to the Management about alot issues with this apartment; as of today (2/03/2023) management still has NOT fixed everything including weather proofing the windows; constituent has pillows/towels covering windows bto block out the wind & rain; pillows/towels are not stuck to windows because they have NOT been fixed. Constituent states there is ice on inside of window, with video evidence.
