Constituent emailed the following to Boston 311: Hello, 1. I took the Red line yesterday from Downtown Crossing and while going down the stairs there is so much dirtiness on these stairs that it says a lot about our city. Let's remember that we always have visitors and first impressions last long. 2. Also, can you work with the MBTA -Orange Line and encourage them to work on improving the wait time for passengers who use this line? I use the other lines less often but they run on a more acceptable basis. I usually wait for the Orange train 13-15 minutes on a daily basis and this is unacceptable.
