Description: Constituent was speaking with the Mayor's assistant and instructed to call 311 to have the details of a parking ticket complaint, 797010045. Ticket states the meter was unpaid (AW) badge #301, division 06, issued a $40 ticket at 1:08pm. Constituent states the supervisor of the parking clerk, Michelle, (OPC) hung up on them. Has a rental replacement vehicle for insurance, with NY plates, that has a handicapped placard which is why they were told the ticket was issued. Was asked by Michelle to provide a copy of the rental registration and a letter stating the vehicle was in their possession.
