- Little scoby Park in Roxbury in historical district on Copeland Street is a no dog park neighbors are allowing the dog to leave feces in the playground area is there any way you can have sign say not dog area and put it in the back where the basketball court areas for them to let their dogs walk and not in the front along the swings and sitting area in bench area no one's picking up behind your dogs in dogs are running in the park with no leash unattended while they're playing basketball in other activities serious problem flies everywhere thank you 311 if there's any way you can assess this problem for the hot days that are on their way to come this summer
