- Why is it that certain cars are getting targeted on Saratoga St. East Boston for parking near a hydrant and receive a ticket but cars that park directly on the hydrant don't receive tickets and park there all day and night??? Per the appeals clerk ID 0030, you should park 10 ft away. Please answer or maybe the media should be contacted to get disclosure. Needs to be equity.
