- Loud college parties happening at 3AM. Frequent use of drugs. Fights. Illegal use of noise amplification outdoors exceeding 50 decibels after 11PM in violation of Boston city code. This happens 3-4x per week, often on weeknights, and many neighbors have reported this property to the police. We have reached out to the landlord in excess of three times and want the city to issue a citation.
