- At 801 Mass Ave Boston Medical needs a drop off area for the elderly maybe a handicap spot and maybe 15 or 20 minute parking to allow people to get people upstairs in the elevator there is no drop off area only for the hotel and you have a lot of people trying to use this building for service security is not allowing them to Park thank you 311 if you can direct this to anyone to give help for the elderly
