Description
No pick up. Will remove and secure 3 needles. Will retain for BPHC. Found around bench in Franklin Park at picnic area by Pine Street Inn and Shattuck. Picture of 2 adipacs at the next bench belies recent needle use. Pine Street Inn and the Shattuck cabin operators absolve their institutions from concern about this dangerous ongoing problem. This is with a total population of 50-60 in area. City and state envision 570 low threshold beds in this park and Stonybrook neighborhood.
