Description: I am a resident of the North End and I was looking for parking. I found a spot at 11 Fleet Street just after the valet parking lot that. After I parked there a guy in a valet jacket came up to me to say I could not park there since he had reserved it for valet parking. It was a street parking spot that was marked as 2 hour parking except resident stickers. When I pointed out that the street signs did not indicate it as a valet parking spot he asked me “why I was being such a dick about it” and that he worked for the valet parking lot adjacent to the spot and he had put out a cone to reserve the spot for valet. To my knowledge valet is not allowed to “reserve” public street spots and I request you inform the lot as such. |
