Description: No pick up. Will remove and secure 1 complete needle - one plunger is missing its needle. Will retain for BPHC. Franklin Park by Brookley Rd . This is a popular spot to use. “Off limits” to families and dog walkers because of frequency of needles. Lovely spot, btw.
