Description: No pick up. Will remove and secure 1 needle. Franklin Park on hill by Rossmore Brookley. Refuse left from 2 needles, 1 not found. I’m including a 3rd photo from my last needle 311ing. It shows the proximity of the needle use to the picnic area by the Shattuck and PSI.
