    Noted | Dumpsters not closed properly. Trash on grounds around dumpsters. Mattress stored on side of building. Damaged couch stored on back patio. Couch smells of rat urine with rat droppings on grounds around the couch. Trash tote has hole. Dumpster at 1846 Comm. Ave. Rotted put on bottom of dumpster. Will contact the property managers and begin the abatement process
