- So this vehicle has been parked in a handicap spot all day that I usually utilize in the mornings from eight to 3:30 PM. I was unable to park there today that has been more than one occasion that I have gotten a ticket because people without Handicap Placard are blocking the handicap spots. I spoke to a Parking clerk earlier that was doing signals. He said he would put in the report. The vehicle is still there when I left this evening at 6:39 PM. What’s the sense of using the app if the report has been open it has not been resolved, but yet they are quick to give out tickets to vehicles that have the proper credentials
