Description: Boston Public Garden needs dog catcher or law enforcement to enforce leash policy around 8am on Friday mornings and possibly on other days as well. Reason: Two weeks in a row, problems at that time with multiple dogs. Today involved 3 dead animals from this morning due to dog bites. (To be blunt/very clear, parasite locations revealed wound patterns in dog bite pattern.). Lots of ducklings, baby rabbits, baby squirrels. Lets protect them and the wildlife rehabilitators who selflessly volunteer money and time to help them!
