- It would appear from the multiple reports filed with the city parking clerks office, Charlestown has lost it’s our parking clerk / officer. There is no parking enforcement being done in the Charlestown area for many, many weeks if not months. Scroll through the 311 reports along with the reports I have filed that go completely unanswered and ignored. This is creating many safety issues and major inconveniences for city residents not having permit parking / resident restricted parking available.
