Description: Needle #2, No pick up. Will remove and secure 1 needle, BPHC. In Franklin Park, by picnic area at Shattuck and Pine Street Inn. Will leave caps detritus. This is the south end of the park, with 58 low threshold successful beds. Folks in treatment and recovery walk by right here. And kids play right by here. It’s not Mass and Cass or Clifford Park until your kid gets pricked.
