- Fourth needle for this evening. No pick up. Will remove and secure 1 needle, for BPHC. In Franklin Park, by picnic area at Shattuck and Pine Street Inn. Will leave caps detritus. This is the south end of the park, with 58 low threshold successful beds. Folks in treatment and recovery walk by right here. The last photo is of a beautiful last Saturday in the park.
