Description
No pick up. Will remove and secure 8 needles, for BPHC. In Franklin Park, by picnic area at Shattuck and Pine Street Inn. Will leave caps detritus. This is the south end of the park, with 58 low threshold successful beds. Folks in treatment and recovery walk by right here. The state and Pine Street know from Bostonheatmap.com where to find the needles here. Imagine this area with 10 times the number of Low Threshold beds. (Third photo is of new needle use waste at Cemetary Rd. stairway. No needles found.) Forest Hills area is Boston’s dumping ground for problems. See also crappy DPW Site on the Arborway.
