In Franklin Park, Cemetary Rd stairs by Pine Street Inn Will leave all the tourniquets caps adipaks alcohol swabs soiled bandaids drug baggies etc detritus. This is the southside of the park, with 58 low threshold successful beds. Folks in treatment and recovery walk by right here. The state and Pine Street know from Bostonheatmap.com where to find the needles here. Imagine this area with 10 times the number of Low Threshold beds.
