- The location is on necco st behind Lolita’s where the outdoor seating is. Tonight I took my mother who’s handicap for dinner with my family and parked in the handicap parking behind Lolita’s next to their outdoor dining. After dinner, As we were walking to the car, we spotted a bunch of rats in the dumpsters running around. Unfortunately I was too freaked and busy helping my mother, to even snap a picture. It is discussing and unsanitary to have a bunch of dumpsters, 8 to be exact, loaded with rats a few feet away from outdoor dining!
