- Will remove and secure 1 needle for BPHC. In Franklin Park, bench overlooking picnic area, by Shattuck and Pine Street Inn. In the background of the third pic are folks from a treatment program having a smoke. They walk by this bench and shouldn’t have to see needles and drug paraphernalia so I pick up all that detritus here.
