Description: Will remove and secure 7 freakin’ new needles for BPHC. In Franklin Park, pine copse by picnic area, by Shattuck and Pine Street Inn. Can you please tell the Shattuck and Pine Street Inn to clean this place up. These are new needles showing active use here.
