Description
Will remove and secure 5 needles for BPHC. Will leave detritus. Franklin Park, Cemetery Rd. stairway. This mess is new since yesterday. The stairs were cleared in last 24 hours of two weeks of plastic drug use detritus, seen in third photo. These are durable data points for drug use there. My geo locator will be off by 200 feet- had to move to make way for someone wanting to use the location.
