Description: Constituent wants to file a complaint aganst BTD. His car was towed over the weekend of July first. He went to Canada on friday and there wasn't a temporary/no parking sign posted on friday. His car was towed that Monday. He to the hearing to appeal the Ticket for $ 90 and they denied his request. The towing expense was $220. He would like the Mayor's office to help out with the expense because he wasn't around after the sign was put up to move his vehicle.
