Description: Constituent reports that there is no electricity in their apartment. They state that this has been a constant issue with this unit off and on since mid July and they are frustrated as electricity is included in their rent. They have notified the BHA work order center multiple times regarding this matter. They state that the Work Order Center told them that they would have the lights back on by 10:30 AM and they are still not on. When the constituent called to follow up with management last they stated that the electric is not on due to the city.
