- I am reaching out because I previously reached out in July 2023 (case #101004914623) and I am still having problems with my landlord not restoring light to our building. I previously reached out but then traveled out of the country so did not receive any of the follow up. Our stairs are extremely dangerous and I (/my roommates) have sent at least 5 emails and no one will restore the light. We have also had issues this summer with them not fixing a lock into the building and causing the residents to be locked out for multiple days in a row. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
